by Mark Faulk On tomorrow’s Faulking Truth Show on www.TogiNet.com we’ll be discussing the curious case of a Dow Jones “reporter” who called a CMKX shareholder (who goes by the name hnd2hnd on the CMKX message boards) after hearing his recorded phone conversation with an official at the SEC on last week’s Faulking Truth Show.
So why exactly did reporter Carol Remond contact the shareholder? Was it to interview him for a story she was working on? Was it to ask him questions about his conversation with the SEC’s Molly White?
The correct answer is “none of the above.” Remond was singularly intent on chastising hnd2hnd about the legality of the taped conversation with White. She kept insisting that the call was illegally recorded, often sounding more like the SEC’s legal counsel than a Dow Jones reporter. I kept waiting for her to slap a cease and desist order on hnd2hnd, but alas, that never happened.
Oh, and by the way, hnd2hnd taped his conversation with Carol Remond. Wonder how she’ll react to that?
